About me
I work with the Transactional Analysis approach, but in my practice I also use techniques from other areas (cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, art therapy, and others).
For me, you are a client, not a patient, because the main approach in transactional analysis states that all mentally healthy people are OK a priori! (I’m OK, you’re OK).
And you are OK!
I will be your guide and support in exploring your inner world.
I cannot promise instant magical transformation or healing, but I know that life will become easier after consultations and working through the issues that concern you.

Issues I work with:
- searching for your true self
- problems, conflicts, and difficulties in relationships
- problems with a partner
- relationships with parents and family scenarios
- establishing personal boundaries
- internal conflicts
- lack of self-confidence
- loss and bereavement
- severe emotional distress accompanied by feelings such as fear, anxiety, irritability, aggression, anger
- post-traumatic disorders
- sexual problems (non-medical)
- feelings of guilt and resentment
- excessive control in life.
