-Consultation for a couple (duration 90 minutes) – 9000 rubles
-Participation in group therapy – the cost is negotiated depending on the number of participants.

How can I sign up for a session?
Answer: You can sign up for a session in any way that is convenient for you – by phone, via Telegram, contact form, or by email.
When can I sign up for a session?
Answer: Write to me, and we will find a time that is convenient for both of us to meet.
How long does a session last?
Answer: One session lasts 60 minutes, or 90 minutes for couples.
How many sessions will I need?
Answer: It depends on the individual, but I offer 4 introductory sessions to assess the depth of the problem you are facing and whether you are ready to go further in exploring your inner world.
What will we talk about during the first session?
Answer: I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to meet someone new for the first time. Usually, the first session is spent getting to know each other and discussing your request.
How can I be sure that the meetings are confidential?
Answer: All meetings take place either in a private office or in an online session, also in a private room.
Do you yourself go to a psychologist and a supervisor?
Answer: I regularly undergo personal therapy, group therapy, and also attend consultations with a supervisor (a mentor, a more experienced psychologist) and group supervision.
What if my request is not on the list?
Answer: If you cannot find your request among those listed, you can write to me and inquire about the possibility of consulting on your problem.
Do you work with children?
Answer: No, I only work with adults.
What categories of clients do you not work with?
Answer: I do not work with addictions or clients who have been diagnosed with mental illness.
