How can I sign up for a session?  <\/summary>\n

Answer: You can sign up for a session in any way that is convenient for you – by phone, via Telegram, contact form, or by email.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When can I sign up for a session?   <\/summary>\n

Answer: Write to me, and we will find a time that is convenient for both of us to meet.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does a session last?  <\/summary>\n

Answer: One session lasts 60 minutes, or 90 minutes for couples.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How many sessions will I need?    <\/summary>\n

Answer: It depends on the individual, but I offer 4 introductory sessions to assess the depth of the problem you are facing and whether you are ready to go further in exploring your inner world.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What will we talk about during the first session?    <\/summary>\n

Answer: I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to meet someone new for the first time. Usually, the first session is spent getting to know each other and discussing your request.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I be sure that the meetings are confidential?   <\/summary>\n

Answer: All meetings take place either in a private office or in an online session, also in a private room.  <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you yourself go to a psychologist and a supervisor? <\/summary>\n

Answer: I regularly undergo personal therapy, group therapy, and also attend consultations with a supervisor (a mentor, a more experienced psychologist) and group supervision.  <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What if my request is not on the list? <\/summary>\n

Answer: If you cannot find your request among those listed, you can write to me and inquire about the possibility of consulting on your problem.  <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you work with children? <\/summary>\n

Answer: No, I only work with adults.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What categories of clients do you not work with? <\/summary>\n
